- All payment must be made within 3 days of receiving the confirmation email. Orders with late or no payment will be taken to be cancelled

- No cancellation or refund is allowed once payment is made

- Preorder closes once cap is reached

- Shipping takes about 2 to 3 weeks unless otherwise stated

- Prices quoted are exclusive of postage and non-negotiable

- We reserve the right to extend or cancel a preorder if response is poor

- In the events of a cancellation of a preorder or out-of-stock cases, full refunds will be made

- No refunds would be made under any other circumstances

- Meetups are subjected to our convenience

- All items will be checked before being sent out. We are not liable for any loss or damage of items incurred in mail. Additional postage charge is required for registered mail
